How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

As soon as possible! Wedding photographers often book up quickly—sometimes a year or more in advance. If you’ve found a photographer you’d love to work with, it’s best to secure your date right away to ensure availability!

Question 2

When can I expect to receive my completed wedding gallery?

Accepted Answer

I aim to deliver a small set of sneak peeks within 24–48 hours of your wedding day. Your full gallery will typically be ready within 2–12 weeks, depending on the season and my current workload. If for any reason the delivery timeline differs, I will communicate that with you in advance.

Question 3

How many pictures will we get?

Accepted Answer

You can expect about 50 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

Question 4

Do you offer payment plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If you book your wedding far enough in advance, I do offer flexible payment plans. A non-refundable retainer of $200 is required to secure your date, and from there you may choose to make smaller payments weekly, monthly, or on a schedule that works best for you. Please note that payment plans are not available for weddings booked within two weeks of the wedding date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 2–7 days prior to your wedding.

We want to book you, but only need you for a couple hours. Are you flexible with this?

Yes, I can absolutely accommodate shorter coverage. For example, if you would like photography for just the ceremony and part of the reception, I can create a custom package tailored to your needs. Simply let me know what you have in mind!

Question 6

Do you offer refunds if we need to cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Refunds may be issued; however, the 50% retainer OR $200 retainer is non-refundable. The retainer is designed to secure your wedding date on my calendar and protect against potential cancellations or rescheduling.

Question 7

Is there a retainer?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking and contract signing. Unless discussed otherwise. This amount is applied toward your total balance.
