I take pride in the fact that I’m a connector and listener. I love getting to know people and learning and helping to share their stories. And I’m happiest when I’m able to help people take those stories and turn them into something meaningful, whether it’s a wedding ceremony or a marriage proposal or whatever milestone you’re holding space for. Through thoughtful questions and deep conversations, we'll collaborate on crafting your one-of-a-kind ceremony.
Your wedding ceremony should be all about YOU! I will help ensure your ceremony reflects you, your love, and your values. Wedding ceremonies do not have to be religious, and they certainly should not be stuffy or boring. Your ceremony can be personal, fun, unique, silly, and full of meaningful moments. Even if you don't know exactly what you're looking for, our conversations will inspire the creation of your ceremony.

Bespoke Ceremony
This service is for the couple who wants to share their full selves with their loved ones or the couple who has dreamed of an intimate and personal elopement. Inspired by a series of questions designed to get to know you better, we’ll work together to craft your tailor-made wedding ceremony, full of unique touches and moments you (and your guests!) will remember for a lifetime.

- Oversight/Filing of Marriage License

- Readings & poetry, and knowledge of unity rituals
- Optional assistance writing your personalized vows

Short & Sweet Ceremony
Maybe you’re not especially religious or spiritual, or maybe you just want to be married already! You’ll choose Traditional, Modern, and/or Simple versions of a classic wedding ceremony, and I’ll bring it all together. With the optional addition of vow writing assistance and a unity ritual, your ceremony will reflect you and your commitment to each other without feeling overwhelming to plan.

Officiant Consultation
You’ve asked a friend or loved one to officiant your wedding, but they’ve never officiated before! I’ll work with your chosen officiant to provide all the tools they require to create a memorable ceremony, as well as ensure they are properly ordained and prepared to legally proceed with your nuptials.
- Guidance for ordination
- Two 30 minute virtual and/or in-person meetings
- Script samples and resources, i.e. readings
- Guidance on completing the Marriage License

Milestones by Miri was an excellent choice for our wedding officiant. We were going back and forth between having a family member or a professional officiate, and we eventually landed on Miriam. It truly felt like the best of both worlds because it feels as though we made a new friend in her. Miriam has such an warmth about her, and you can tell that they truly love connecting with couples to make each ceremony perfectly "them." They listened to all our ideas and created a ceremony that was so unique to us and full of little personal details. Miriam also coordinated and ran our rehearsal, which made the logistics feel so easy. On our wedding day (and even days after!), so many of our guests came up to us to say how beautiful the ceremony was and how much they loved it. We cannot recommend Miriam enough!

Miriam wrote us a beautiful personalized ceremony for our micro wedding. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail in writing about our relationship made the ceremony feel so intimate and intentional for us and our 5 guests. She was so communicative and flexible throughout the process of preparing for the wedding as well. Additionally, since we streamed the wedding online for family who were unable to attend, we were able to hire her lovely wife Joan to set up my laptop and camera and run the stream for us. Because of Joan's help, we and our guests could focus on the ceremony without worrying about our other family missing out on anything. We are so grateful to them both!
