Sadie Morales is the Owner and Executive Chef of Sadie’s Catering, a company born from her lifelong passion for food. Growing up in the kitchen with her family, Sadie developed a love for cooking and hospitality. After marrying into a Hispanic family, she learned Latin-inspired cuisine from her mother-in-law, sparking a deep passion for diverse flavors. After raising her children, Sadie turned her love for food into a business, and Sadie’s Catering has since thrived for over 14 years, delivering heartfelt meals with love and creativity.

The inspiration for catering Genevieve and Alex’s wedding stemmed from their deep love for Montana—its rugged beauty, its wide-open spaces, and the sense of peace it brings. Both Genevieve and Alex grew up with a deep connection to the land, spending countless hours exploring the mountains, valleys, and lakes that define the region. When it came to designing the menu, they knew they wanted to showcase the flavors of Montana in a way that felt both rustic and refined, celebrating the bounty of the local landscape. The couple chose to focus on seasonal, farm-to-table ingredients sourced from local Montana farms, ranches, and artisan producers, ensuring that every dish was a true reflection of the state’s rich agricultural heritage. Locally sourced fish to tender cuts of grass-fed beef and seasonal vegetables, each item was thoughtfully selected to bring the taste of Montana directly to the table. Incorporating elements of traditional Western cuisine with a modern twist, the menu highlighted the couple’s love for the state’s culinary roots, while also offering guests a sophisticated dining experience. The result was a heartfelt celebration of Montana’s flavors, the couple’s shared history, and their desire to share the beauty of their beloved home with friends and family on their special day.

    Working with Sadie and her team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding weekend. She handled our Thursday family dinner, our wedding meal, and our Sunday breakfast, and every single thing she touched was incredible. Our families are still talking about the cheeseboard, the ricotta crostini, the salmon with chimichurri, and those Brussels with dates and hazelnuts. Everything she made felt thoughtful, beautiful, and full of care. But what truly sets Sadie apart is who she is. She brings this calm, grounding energy that you feel the moment she arrives. In the middle of all the wedding chaos, she became a steady, reassuring presence for our entire family. She cared about our day with a sincerity that is rare, and we felt it in every interaction. She treated us like family, and that meant more than we can ever explain. We walked away from the weekend not just grateful for her food, but grateful for her heart. We would hire her again in a heartbeat. She is a gem, and we're all lucky she chose this profession.
