So many couples have requested something "different" or "unique", instead of the standard menus and desserts. Bliss has perfected the unique approach to event catering by combining top tier menu offerings, professional service and amazing desserts and appetizer options, all designed to match your theme, venue or colors. Whether served buffet style, plated service or directly off the beautiful food truck, we promise to make your day delectable and memorable.

While we can certainly do the standard wedding fare, we can also bring the unique style of food truck service to your event. Additionally, we can do it all, including dinner catering, charcuterie, dessert bars, wedding cakes, appetizers, even late night taco bars!

    Tonya was so easy to work with, flexible with communication types and very friendly. She asked questions about my theme and aligned the designs to it, which I hadn’t expected! Our wedding was Alice in wonderland meets cottagecore, and she did multiple styles of frosting! They were beautiful, and delicious! Huge hit!
