Icy Mountain has been around since 2019. We are a shaved ice food truck mainly in the salt lake area. We love what we do. We love being creative with our shaved ice. Our gourmet shaved ice is very unique. We have come up with some great flavor combinations, that will leave you speechless. Flavors such as: Caramel Apple, Spicy Mango, and Mint Julep. We also have more simple flavors like Pinã Colada, Peaches n Cream, and Orange Creamsicle. These flavors are our BOUJEE flavors, stuffed with vanilla ice cream, topped with sweetened condensed milk, whipped cream, fruit or candy. We know how hard it can be to find vegan and gluten-free desserts, well we can accommodate to both! *(Vegan/gluten free ice cream, sweetened condensed milk, AND whip cream) We can also make custom flavors for the special couple!:)
