Hi! My name is Amanda, the Chef and Owner of Gingerly Baked. My passion is creating beautiful and delicious cakes and desserts for your special occasion. I refuse to compromise quality. Everything is made from scratch, with superior ingredients, and with love.

With over 20 years of experience as a professionally trained pastry chef, I am not just a cake artist, but a master in the art of pastry-making. I take pride in my ability to cater to a wide range of dietary restrictions and preferences. Whether you're vegan, gluten-free, or have any other dietary requirements, I've got you covered. My menu features a variety of mini desserts, chocolates, and cakes that will make your taste buds dance with joy. I believe that every event should have a dessert spread that is tailored to the occasion. I work closely with my clients to create a spread that matches their vision and exceeds their expectations.

We cannot say enough good things about Gingerly Baked. From the very beginning, Amanda made us feel completely comfortable and confident in our decision. She is incredibly professional, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about what she does, which made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Every single item at our wedding was not only beautiful, but genuinely delicious. Our guests are still talking about them. One guest summed it up perfectly: “Oh, and… those desserts, my goodness. I have been to some amazing buffets with outrageous dessert tables… but that one took the cake.” If you’re looking for a wedding dessert vendor who delivers both exceptional quality and an amazing experience, Gingerly Baked is it. We are so grateful we chose Amy with Gingerly Baked for our wedding cake! From start to finish, the experience was flawless. She was warm, professional, incredibly responsive, and genuinely passionate about bringing our vision to life. The cake itself was beyond anything imagined- absolutely stunning in presentation and even better in taste! Every guest raved about how moist it was, and the flavors were to die for. Amanda and her team were absolutely phenomenal to work with. The dessert was honestly one of the most important pieces of the wedding to me as we had a venue with set/ in house catering for the dinner, and I am an avid baker. Gingerly Baked was one of the recommended vendors for our venue, and after a tasting at our venue, we immediately saw why and scheduled a tasting at Gingerly's professional kitchen/ tasting space. The tasting was such a fun and positive experience for us as a couple amidst wedding planning stress. All of Amanda's desserts and cakes are so beautiful, but more importantly, they all taste amazing. We worked with Gingerly to build our custom wedding cake (sort of a chocolate/ coconut macaroon creation that was so yummy), and we loved the versatility of having the cutting cake and then a mini dessert bar with some of our other favs. Throughout the process, Amanda and her team were organized, prompt, and communicative. Dessert delivery and set up was smooth/ effortless. They helped us adjust and add in some vegan and gluten free options closer to the date once we realized we'd neglected some of our guests in this. Thank you so much to Gingerly Baked, and we would 100% recommend including them in your special day.
