We are so grateful for Otto! What an MC, a true professional! We just got married on August 16th. We started working with Otto almost a year prior to the wedding. One of the things we liked most about him was how organized he seemed, and he wasn’t kidding. Otto sent us a form for every section of the wedding, which really helped us think about the wedding in a different way and guided us into making decisions we weren’t expecting to make (e.g., how are we introducing our blended family, are we introducing the bridal party in pairs, are we playing any games at the wedding, how many songs do we need for the ceremony portion, etc.). Otto was thorough, knowledgeable, and flexible. Come wedding day, Otto was there early to set up and check in with the venue crew and us. For the ceremony, he miked the officiant and the groom. He engaged wedding guests and kept things moving seamlessly. During dinner service, the timing was a little off for the toast and thank you speeches. Otto checked in with us right away with a solution to get things back on track. The dance floor was lit (literally and figuratively)! I think every single person got up to dance at some point during the wedding. He used the playlists we provided and improvised when needed to keep things lively. We really don’t think the night would have been the success it was without Otto. Thank you so, so much!

Ottopilot Entertainment was absolutely amazing for our wedding! From the very first call, they were patient, energetic, and incredibly organized. Their communication throughout the planning process was top-notch, and they took the time to understand our music preferences and vision for the reception. On the day of, they delivered an energetic and personable performance that kept our guests dancing all night long. They played all the right songs at the perfect moments, getting everyone hyped up and on the dance floor. We couldn't have asked for a better band and DJ to make our special day so memorable. Ottopilot Entertainment is truly the best in the business and we highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.

From the moment we booked Ottopilot Entertainment, we were impressed with his quick communication and professionalism. Otto and his team were extremely knowledgeable, providing a top-tier DJ experience that kept our dance floor packed all night long. We believe that your experience as a couple is more important than the brands we use - HOWEVER - we feel it is important to invest in high-quality gear to provide the best possible experience. We believe that continuous improvement is not only inevitable, but necessary. We utilize a variety of high-quality equipment to ensure your event goes off without a hitch, with our brands including Bassboss, Electro-Voice, Global Truss, Roland DJ, Ape Labs USA, Chauvet DJ, Martin Lighting, Gator Cases, Konig & Meyer, Odyssey, and Frankenstands. We choose to use high-quality equipment to maintain reliability and provide a high-value experience.

We do take requests! We always filter our requests, ensuring that we don’t play anything that’s on your “do-not-play” choices. When someone makes a request at an event, we balance the request against the music the client wants and the music we’re currently playing, and we’ll do our best to fit the request in. We also offer a contactless system for requests (at no charge!) powered by the experts at RequestNow.

We got our start in traditional DJ services for weddings (ceremonies & receptions), private parties, school dances, corporate events, and other events. We have also expanded our service portfolio to provide lighting for your event (for the dance floor, mood uplighting, or custom gobos and designs), as well as our popular open air Digital Photo Booth. Can’t find what you’re looking for? Just ask! We’re always open to new ideas and new opportunities.

A retainer fee is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 1 week before the event date. We utilize an online invoicing system to help make payment a breeze.

Our main service area is within 60 miles of Harrisburg by driving, but we’re happy to provide our services wherever your event is held! We do charge an additional fee for additional travel outside of our main service area.

Yes, absolutely! Our vehicles are fully insured, our equipment’s fully insured, and we carry a full liability insurance policy, available upon request for venues!

We only charge for the time we are actually performing, not for the time it takes to set up or tear down. We arrive as early as we need to in order to make sure you have everything you need, when you need it!
