Tell us what you like, and we'll help you make it happen. We don't judge on musical taste or ideas, we just inject planning, calibration, and energy into a party.

M.R.K. Entertainment will take the time to develop a plan. We provide planning forms with online collaborative options that can also include your other vendors. We interview you and ask you questions about every moment from the songs you want to hear to the color of the moment. We develop a plan and contingency plan for common issues like power outages, timeline adjustments, and setups.

Michael did an amazing job at my wedding and I am so grateful that I used his services. He kept the party going the entire night and managed to keep everyone dancing. I was sure with my group that nobody would dance, yet somehow he got guests of all ages out on the dance floor! Even after he played one of my requested songs that emptied the dance floor (whoops, my bad!), he expertly followed it with a banger that got everyone back up. Absolute pro. Thank you so much Michael for making my wedding night unforgettable!

Michael was excellent - we’re so glad we chose him to be our DJ! He has an amazing app that allows you to download music, create playlists, list notes, amongst more. It made the whole process of communicating our music “vibe” to him that much easier and he did an excellent job the night of! In addition, our videographer had unfortunately lost video footage due to technical malfunctions - Michael was able to share what he had captured during the night to help him compile an array of videos and pictures to create a new type of slideshow for us. On top of all of this, he had some special surprises for us on the night of - he had projected our names onto a lighthouse of the reception property AND had a t-shirt toss at the end of the night that was so much fun!! He is very willing to help assist with any ideas you might have and is extremely flexible. Overall we highly recommend Michael for any of your DJ needs. You won’t be disappointed!

I am not sure of the overall quality of the work or value provided by M.R.K. Entertainment, the wedding band and DJ we hired for our wedding. However, they did contribute a few notable things to our special day. The band played a great selection of upbeat music that kept our guests dancing all night long. Additionally, the DJ did a nice job of seamlessly transitioning between songs and maintaining the energy on the dance floor. Overall, M.R.K. Entertainment helped make our wedding reception an enjoyable experience for us and our guests.

When you hire Michael you’re not just hiring a DJ, you’re paying for an entire experience! We can’t thank Michael enough for his incredible dedication, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment. From pre wedding prep to post wedding wrap up, Michael was there every step of the way going above and beyond accommodating and assisting with our requests, and made the entire process of song selection easy and fast with the use of modern apps. My wife and I are still recieving so many compliments from our guests praising how good the music was, how incredible the uplighting looked, and have already had couples reach out asking who we had for a DJ. Michael not only provided top tier music and lighting but also captured wonderful video from our ceremony to the dancing, and left us with a beautiful cinematic story to one day show our kids. Going with M.R.K entertainment will be the best decision you make for your wedding.

Yes, we spin from your playlist all night. All we ask for is the lead way to get your guest dancing and going where they want to go. Most of our clients share playlists via music streaming sites and use those.

Yes, if you want to request. We do advise giving your guest some options to request. In fact, we offer a contactless requesting option where you can simply text what you want, and it will go into the cue.

We arrive 3-4 hours early. We like to be completely setup without your guest seeing gear cases or ugly cabling. We like to get setup and get out of your way. Our clients are more than pleased to see us arriving early.

We provide all the music and audio needs for your ceremony. We even offer a full battery option so your ceremony can be at anyplace you want without needing a generator.

Absolutely, we include most lighting and a photo booth in our wedding package! The wedding package also includes uplighting, movers, and a monogram. Our movers are high-end devices that offer full wash and color correction, that beautiful warm white light you want for your first dance. Sorry, not spinny blinky college dorm room lights.

We give 40 miles at no charge. After that, we charge you what we pay for the rental truck and acquired tolls. It averages about $1.25 a mile. Most clients seldom pay more than $100. There are no setup or breakdown fees.

We offer unlimited planning meetings. The truth is, you carry your DJ in your pocket. We give you a phone app, Android or iOS, and you have access to all your plans, requests, crate suggestions, and more. We also give you a link to book a meeting anytime. We want your planning and day to be stress-free and filled with a lively dance floor.
