Traveling Discotheque is a DJ and musician collective for music lovers. We are passionate about creating the ideal musical experience and lighting vibe for your wedding. We only provide services that we are passionate about, which are interactive music curation and DJing, high fidelity sound reinforcement, unique lighting design, and live musician experiences. No photo booths or cheesy pyrotechnics. Our unique style involves minimal quick mixing, musical blends instead of scratching, and a "let the music speak for itself" MC style.

excellent djs
These DJs blended fun, professionalism, and style in a way that truly elevated the special day.
Super fun and professional DJ!
Rian was a superb DJ and had the crowd rockin' all weekend. Very reasonable price for driving across the state for our destination wedding. He was everywhere he needed to be on time and kept the party going. We developed a playlist for him to integrate over the course of the weekend and he hit all the marks. His own music taste was very in line with our own, and he was able to seamlessly integrate music for every mood. The other really important aspect was he audio equipment skills. We had people speaking constantly, singing songs, doing little performances, and everyone could hear them with no feedback. This was something we were a little stressed about and it all went really smoothly. Rian also looks rad and dressed the themes of our wedding which was fun. I'd recommend him to any friend or family member getting married or having an event.
Amazing Wedding DJ and Sax!
Rian was a fantastic DJ to have at our wedding and would recommend him to any of our friends. With all the other planning we had to do, we were in good hands with Rian who required minimal guidance throughout the process. What really set Rian apart was the ability to both DJ - playing songs we loved - but also layering in a live saxophonist on top of our favorite tracks. Many of our guests told us after the wedding that they loved our music and the saxophone was one of the highlights of the evening. We highly recommend Rian and hope to have the opportunity to work with him again for another event in the future!

Traveling Discotheque and their incredible group of musicians are true professionals who played a massive role in the best night of our lives. They internalized our vision and made it a reality in their own craft and style. They are so so much more than a wedding DJ.
