You’ve found the right DJ!!
Finding the right DJ is one of the most important wedding decisions you'll make, and DJ Ken is the absolute gold standard! His experience shows in everything from the high end production value to the tiny details that made our night perfect. Ken didn’t just play music, his expertise helped us tailor the entire evening to fit our specific vision. He’s so good, he even got my 90 year old grandma out of her wheelchair and onto the dance floor! We’re especially grateful because he spent his own wedding anniversary making ours special, now we share that date forever! I can't recommend him enough; he truly made it the best night of our lives.
The absolute Best!!!
Ken was an absolute rockstar from start to finish. He met with us multiple times before the big day to make sure every detail was perfect, from the ceremony to the final song of the night. He was extremely detail oriented, coordinating seamlessly with our other vendors and making sure everything ran smoothly. As an MC, he went above and beyond to keep the day flowing perfectly and the energy high all night. What really stood out was how much Ken truly cared about us as a couple. He was genuinely excited for our wedding and helped us with several personal add-ons that made the day feel uniquely ours. His setup is truly next-level: a one-of-a-kind DJ booth with a big screen for day-of photos, custom music videos synced to his mixes, and even CO2 guns that took the dance floor to the next level. He also suggested adding walk-up songs for our wedding party’s speeches, which was a fun idea and a total hit with our guests. We got so many compliments afterwards, and everyone wanted his card! All in all, Ken is an amazing MC, an excellent DJ, and just an awesome person to work with. He kept the dance floor packed all night and made our wedding unforgettable. Highly recommend!!!
DJ review
We used AMP events, and specifically Ken for our wedding on 10/10/25. We could not have asked for a better DJ for our wedding, front he very first conversation to the last song of the night, Ken, was an absolute professional to work with. He took a significant amount of time to understand what we wanted out of our day, our music tastes, the energy we wanted, and the intricacies of our wedding. He delivered beyond our expectations. The dance floor was packed from the moment the music started and continued throughout the evening to the very last song. He was able to incorporate music that he never heard before (my wife is Bosnian, important to have a good mix of Bosnian and American hits) and seamlessly blend it throughout the entire event so that everyone felt included. Beyond the music, Ken was organized, communicative, exceptionally forward thinking, and genuinely invested in making our day special. He was able to work with all of the other vendors and elements of the wedding to create a cohesive environment throughout our special day that flowed well. We have had so many of our guests come back to us and talk about how amazing he was. If you are looking for a truly exceptional DJ/artist/individual to work with who can really bring the party, Ken and AMP events is literally the best you can do. Thank you very much Ken for making our day special, keep killing!
Best DJ we could have asked for
It’s difficult to find the words to express how much gratitude we have to Amp and our DJ, Jimmy T. Our wedding was one of the best days of our lives, and Jimmy was a huge part of that. He cares so much about doing his job well. You don’t find that very often anymore. He invested so much time into meeting with us and bringing our vision to life. Jimmy tackled music from multiple countries, weather, and countless other hurdles with absolute professionalism and charm. In times of stress, he was a comforting presence. He read the room so well, and made every guest absolutely happy, including Erik and myself. We feel that he more than went above and beyond. Jimmy helped make that day magical and something that we will remember always. Thank you Jimmy T and Amp!
