As a DJ who has had the pleasure of working numerous weddings at Mt. Hood Ski Bowl, I can confidently say it is one of the most breathtaking and seamless venues I’ve had the honor of working at. From the moment you arrive, the stunning backdrop of Mt. Hood and the surrounding forest creates an unparalleled atmosphere. The most unique feature, is that the wedding party can ride the Alpine Slides down to the reception! The staff at Mt. Hood Ski Bowl is truly exceptional. They are not only professional but also incredibly accommodating and friendly. I've worked with their team on several occasions, and every time, they’ve been organized, communicative, and eager to ensure that everything runs smoothly. They work tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure that the couple's vision comes to life, and they always go above and beyond to keep everything on schedule—an absolute blessing for any wedding vendor. Overall, I cannot recommend Mt. Hood Ski Bowl enough for couples looking for a one-of-a-kind wedding experience. The combination of stunning natural beauty, a top-tier team, and an ideal atmosphere for both guests and vendors makes it a go-to choice for anyone looking to create a memorable wedding day. Scott was extremely responsive throughout the planning process, quickly answering our endless stream of questions and requests with patience and care. The venue itself provided a beautiful, elegant backdrop for our special day that perfectly encapsulated our 'Garden of Eden' vision. The lush gardens and plentiful floral arrangements made for stunning photos and delighted our guests. Scott and his wife went above and beyond to ensure everyone was well taken care of. As a caterer, this venue is a favorite of ours! It is easy to find and get to, beautiful, and the staff is always great to work with. Our team is also in Hillsboro, so it is close to our location which makes catering there great! The have tables and chairs onsite, as well as a prep kitchen, which is convenient for the client and vendors. The space is very adaptable as well -- I've seen weddings held here, memorials, cocktail parties and more. Including my own highschool prom! 110% recommend checking out this venue, if you are looking for a Hillsboro event space with beautiful architecture.

The Joel Palmer House Restaurant was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, their communication was clear, up front and honest - they were open and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. First, if you have not stayed at the Allison Inn and Spa, that is a must! Second, if you are engaged you need to have your wedding here! My daughter's wedding was held here in August of 2024. The grounds and layout at the Allison are spectacular and perfect for a wedding. We had the ceremony in the lower Meadow Garden which was perfectly shaded as it was a sunny hot day. Then we had the cocktail hour on the lawn, followed by dinner and dancing in the ballroom. Truly the best venue!!! But most importantly it was the staff at the Allison. EVERYONE was so incredibly nice and kind. From Kameron, manager of wedding and social events, all the valets, chef, bartenders, waitstaff, and so many more that I met over the 4 days were constantly helpful, kind, and professional. The food was delicious and very well presented!! The specialty cocktails were such a hit and made to perfection. The desserts and baked goods were delicious. Kameron was such a delight to work with. She was extremely responsive to all our emails. She had many other events happening before and after our event but she always made us feel like we were so important. Kameron was always cheerful and pleasant to work with. Looking forward to going back to stay as guest again soon. This time, no wedding, just rest and relaxation!

We had our wedding here and, let me tell you, if you're looking for a fun, affordable wedding, here is your place! Everyone was ecstatic about the food options, we didn't have to choose for everyone. Zesti has a package where you can buy gift cards in bulk and guests can get their dinner from any of the carts! We had the option between close to the bar or the greenhouse, we chose the greenhouse. It was BEAUTIFUL. Nestled right next to the cutest plant shop, we were in tropical plant heaven. It was so nice to have so many amenities in one place. Other venues required us to pick so many different vendors. Here, the bar and dinner was already covered. Thank you, Zesti for a wonderful special day!

Archer Vineyard has three event spaces to choose from: Our vineyard tasting room and winery in Newberg, tasting room in Dundee, and clubhouse at Dundee Hills Resort. All three venues offer options for weddings of all sizes - from micro-weddings to weddings in the winery for 150 guests. The Vineyard Tasting Room and Winery in Newberg is located beside our 6.5 acre vineyard and boasts beautiful vineyard, valley and mountain views. You may use the tasting room, patio and deck for events up to 75 guests or add the winery to your rental and host up to 150 guests. Our Dundee Tasting Room was opened in 2023 and features an open, modern space for ceremonies and receptions as well as a lower level bar for more intimate gatherings. There are three patios too where you can enjoy vineyard views. The Clubhouse at Dundee Hills Resort offers vineyard views from its banquet hall and patios. Accommodations are also available as we have private cottages, Airstreams and RV spaces available for rent.

Nestled in the trees on Parrett Mountain, our wine tasting room is a cozy, inviting lodge-style experience. Drink wine by the fire or sit outside for a fantastic view of Mt. St. Helens between the trees. Construction of the building incorporated Cedar, Fir, and Maple harvested from our property. This wood was used for the siding, along with the 3 bars: Cedar, Fir and Maple live edge slabs. At the center of the building stands the top of the Cedar tree, standing 28 feet tall. Specializing in Big Bold Reds, we also have some award-winning Pinot Noir and white wines as well as local beer on tap. Our tasting room is a versatile space for hosting many events: private tastings, meetings, birthdays, small casual weddings, and more. Events must be catered. We have preferred caterers but will consider outside caterers as requested. We can seat 64-70 people inside and on the patio, but allow a maximum of 85 guests per event. We have 45 parking spots and 2 Tesla Charging stations.

Sara and the team at PMC were fantastic to work with for our wedding. We knew it was the right spot for us as soon as we talked to them. They had great recommendations for vendors (food, cake, etc.) and, obviously, the wine was amazing too. The weather was not what we initially hoped for, but with Sara's help we were able to pivot and make a new plan--which really turned out better than our first plan. Our pictures were beautiful and our guests loved the experience.

I cannot recommend Jenkins Estate enough! We held our ceremony and reception in the meadow and it was absolutely wonderful. The estate is so beautiful ant it really has that natural 'wow' factor. The whole team was very friendly and made the planning process easy for us. If you are looking for a great venue in Beaverton, this is it!

My husband and I had our wedding at Amaterra, and it was the most beautiful day. Katie Carver from Amaterra worked seamlessly with our planner, Katy Kamali, to bring all of our dreams to life. The space didn’t need much to dress it up, and Amaterra already had a lot on hand we were able to utilize including beautiful cross back chairs! While the space was amazing, the FOOD was absolutely one of the highlights of the night for everyone. We had so much fun choosing what would be on the menu at our tasting, and the dinner did not disappoint. Even the desserts we ordered to supplement our Dream Cakes cake were DELICIOUS! They are eager to please and are always looking for ways to improve the experience for their couples. The beautiful grounds are huge and feature various trees. It provides rustic yet elegant backdrops, and the different spaces around the property create a great flow for the wedding day events. As a photographer, I love the different textures and colors the variety of trees offers, especially in the fall when the foliage is stunning. I also love the free-roaming chickens and their occasional surprise entrance during the ceremony or reception! My wife and I wanted to get married in a beautiful space, but we didn't want to be forced into a traditional, religious ceremony. Sanctuary Hall was the perfect venue! It's beautiful, with stained glass, old wood, lots of space, even a balcony. It's a very old building, with a good feeling to it. As soon as we saw it, it was easy to picture our ceremony there. Steve was a joy to work with - he was super-accommodating, the paperwork was simple, and he offered us all the options we needed. Additionally, the price was far less than most other places we had looked at. There was a minister available if we wanted, but we chose to have an ordained friend perform the service, which worked out fine. Steve was willing to move around furniture, let us use whichever rooms we wanted for preparation, changing, signing of documents, and so on. There was also an organist – Grant – available for the service. He was also amazing to work with, coming up with arrangements of music for us. Everyone was able to meet for a rehearsal a few weeks before the ceremony, which helped things run smoothly. The actual ceremony was beautiful, with everything coming together as planned. They even rang the bell for us as we left the church :) I highly recommend Sanctuary Hall to anyone looking for an amazing space in Portland.
